Helping my clients to customize their computer settings is one of my specialties. Most computers come out of the box the same way...with lots of things you don't want or need installed. Let's get rid of the stuff you won't use or need and put the programs and files you're actually going to use at your fingertips where they belong. If you're more of a hands-on person and want to learn, I'll teach you how to make the changes yourself. I also offer tutoring sessions for people who want to learn how to use their computers more effectively.
